Actually Thunderbolt works, it is only not hot-pluggable...

AppleALC will only work if you have an untouched (non patched) AppleHDA.kext in S/L/E and since you've been
using HDA Patcher you need to delete AppleHDA.kext and use Kextbeat to install an untouched
(attached)
Also if you have any audio patches in DSDT/SSDT they have to be removed

Also does anyone know how to fix the problem on Mojave? which is... screen is not waking up whenever it is turned off, either by sleeping or on login screen etc.
