I'm trying to install 10.14.6
and yes I increased the DVMT prealloc

Okay. Good.

Please try the following:
  1. Create a USB macOS installer.
  2. Download the attached EFI folder.
  3. Unzip the EFI.zip file.
  4. Mount the EFI partition of your USB macOS installer.
  5. Copy the entire EFI folder to the EFI partition of the USB macOS installer.
  6. Plug the USB macOS installer to your Dell Latitude 3450 and boot from the USB macOS installer.
  7. Install macOS.
  8. When done, mount the EFI partition of USB macOS installer.
  9. Mount the EFI partition of the main system drive where macOS was installed.
  10. Copy the entire EFI folder from the EFI partition of the USB macOS installer to the EFI partition of the main system drive where macOS was installed.

Also, remember to create your own Serial, Board Serial, and UUID in the config.plist.

Just change your DVMT Prealloc setting as detailed here.

Then use the EFI folder from post #111.

There is no longer any need to patch DSDT.

It sets the VRAM for your IGPU. It's not hard. Just follow the instructions. Audio is working fine on my 3450.

Please set your DVMT Prealloc and use the entire EFI folder.

Mojave 10.14.6 is fine. I used the same EFI with 10.14.6.

But my model was 3480, not 3450
