I followed the guide and made the installer USB but it's not showing in the boot menu
It's normal. Sometimes DELL's laptop will ignore the USB drive that "thought" may have problem or something.

Boot into BIOS setup, and add BOOTX64.EFI from USB drive inside boot options.
Remember, you must plug USB drive at the same port every time you try to boot from this USB after add boot option.

OK

Installer is stuck here than restarts the laptop

What version of CLOVER you're using?
Remember you have to use CLOVER version 4862+, or you'll get stuck when boot into installer.
Or try using my CLOVER archive at #1 when you finished USB creation.

have a look please
Okay, few things:
  1. Try change config.plist/KernelAndKextPatches/KernelToPatch/1/Disabled=False
  2. I'm not sure if your BIOS is updated to 1.7.0+ or not. But try delete DSDT.aml since your laptop may come with i5 7200U.
  3. Also have you done BIOS hot-patch already to gain DVMT-preallocated size?
