I used ssdtPRGen.sh to extract SSDT and then what should I do next?
Anyway, what is the difference between USBInjectAll and AppleUSBXHCIPCI ?

That is not "extracted" (it is generated) and has nothing to do with USB (has to do with CPU).
 
hi again all and RehabMan
I tried to do it again Patch all extract file (DSDT.aml and all SSDT1-8.aml)
first DSDT.aml . i can't Patch this Fix _WAK IAOE ,not allow me to do Patch- and leave.
final save this DSDT.dsl with 0 errors but 39 warnings,57 remarks,136 optimizations.I should do all 0 clear all ? upload this foto.
and next go SSDT-7.dsl
and not allow me to do Patch 3
Haswell HD4400/HD4600/HD5000
Brightness fix (Haswell/broadwell )
Rename B0D3 to HDAU
allow only
Rename GFX0 to IGPU
save this without error
and final SSDT-1.aml and SSDT-2.aml its ok without error.
send you 3 file 1 original dsdt folder with ubuntu extract. 2 patch dsdt folder with file to patch and 3 one photo for error .
this test I did the for my desktop, take the laptop after run ubuntu usb .and take the file and put the desktop and make the file here. for desktop Disassembling ACPI files its ok run the
cd ~/Desktop/DSDT
iasl -da -dl -fe refs.txt *.aml
and all extract .

for the laptop run the
cd ~/Desktop/DSDT
iasl -da -dl -fe refs.txt *.aml
but no run take this fault .. Unknown option: -dl.
i dont undestad

my files is last RM-1.31 (252.2) for the MaciASL and iasl from here
( sudo cp /usr/bin/iasl /Applications/MaciASL.app/Contents/MacOS/iasl61 )
and from here https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/acpica/downloads
and upload tables.zip for ubuntu usb extract.

You're using the wrong version of iasl.
Correct version is linked from the guide.

Certain patches can be applied only to the SSDT (or DSDT) that contains the patch target code.
 
I have a laptop dell 3537 i7. I have made clean again installation. and got the acpi 2 ways. with clover and Ubuntu. after rebooting. without the usb clover. Run the el capitan. the choice disassempling acpi files in ubuntu was all clean. but the clover you got to f4 had errors. there erased the no 1 and joined. after open the macIASL open DSDT.dsl and set acpi5. after running all step and the fix_wak iaoe no patcing for 2 different sources. (Clover and ubuntu). after for this save the file.DSDT.aml. after open SSDT-7.dsl for ubuntu version does not let me to do but patch with clover. with leaves. but has many mistakes. Unfortunately I can not untangle. if you can help in some other way; I have done just the steps. If there is a video. I have seen enough on youtube but there is something. also I have read and I do to the letter what you say but unfortunately probably something I do wrong thnks and sory for this
