Im trying to erase all content from it (personal files, settings, everything in one word) without having to reinstall it and lose again 2months to get all things work. So i want it to be like in the first day after i made everything work with kexts and all other stuff.

The only way to clean it properly is with secure erase followed by re-install.
Refer to your notes, and re-install should be easy.

But if you're planning on selling the laptop, you should probably just secure erase and install Windows 10...

Read USB guide, post #1, "Problem Reporting".
Note: If you have FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext installed, you should not expect anything to show on XHC.HSxx....
Sorry for the late response. I have done everything as per guides I only have ports which are physically getting asigned as per IO Registry check they all seem to work as they should IE USB3 and USB2 appropriately. However I am still getting these random mouse lockups for about 300-500 ms. Only a restart gets rid of them. I am attaching a fresh set of problem reporting. I am trying to dig into this problem but I am lacking of further ideas what to do. Everything works flawlessly apart from that one issue I am having. Maybe one more issue but I only experienced it once when I added about 120 images as an attachment to one email message. The mail app has crashed when I pressed the resize to smaller size bit. I am thinking that there could be some sort of memory issue in both of these error's as I would think 8GB ram could easily handle such a task.

Your USB configuration is wrong.

You need to follow the linked guide.

I can't find the patch for the SSDT-7, may you upload it?
Thanks.

You need to follow the linked guide.
I'll try to follow it again from begininning, however i would like to tell you that i think i have identified the issue. It was the ethernet kext RealtekRTL8100.kext I have completely removed it as I rely on Wifi anyway now. Since I have deleted it and rebuilt caches it works flawlessly and the mouse lagging issue has gone. The only thing what started to fail was app store but again I have sorted it by renaming EN1 the wifi card to EN0 in the NetworkInterfaces.plist and now it all works finally. I will probably try in the next couple of days the rewritten RealtekRTL8100.kext which i have found on the internet just for the sake of it to be enabled.
Thanks again for all the help.
