Edit: One question that comes to mind after reading a bit: If the BIOS is altered to turn off the discrete GPU card, when using a dual boot setup, the GPU will be disabled for both OSes, correct? Unless I go into the BIOS before each boot into Windows and change it back to enable the discrete video card. Sorry, I guess I answered my own obvious question.

You can leave it enabled in BIOS and disable via ACPI edits for OS X only.

I've done all according to the instructions except I've install El Capitane.
I don't have no USB Drive/Extra/Extensions folder only EFI folder on my USB drive.
After I've booted from my USB drive I've menu as on attached image.
Is it ok? Or I've done something wrong? What should I choose in menu?

According to guidelines:

  1. Choose Boot Maintenance Manager and hit Enter
  2. Choose Boot From File and hit Enter
  3. Choose USB and hit Enter (or to boot to a system drive, choose that instead)
But I don't have no USB, even no HDD if I do according to this steps.
How to fix it?

Does your BIOS have UEFI or not?
Did you create your USB installer with Clover legacy or Clover UEFI?

No, my BIOS does't nave UEFI, it is legacy.
So when I created boot loader with UniBeast I've chosen legacy.

I've done all according this link http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...-el-capitan-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html

When it did't work, I've erase USB and tried use this command:
sudo /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ El\ Capitan.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USB --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ El\ Capitan.app --nointeraction

And after this, I've installed Clover, and checked next params:
Bootloader -> Install boot0af in MBR
CloverEFI -> CloverEFI 64-bits SATA

After this the same result as after using UniBeast.
Please help.
