Headphone has had issues from Sierra. Ive never been able to get it to work "Correctly". And also over never tried HDMI output so i can't comment on that currently.

I've moved to OC too... you have some kexts you don't need. Mine looks like this:

have you guys switched to OpenCore 0.6.1? I'm stuck at 0.6.0. secureboot error
 
what options in bios? and with secure boot disabled, It keeps taking me to the Recovery screen
 
I have a completely working setup in 0.6.0 OpenCore

Do the trackpad gestures work? if yes can you please share your EFI? I have been trying to get those to work for almost a day now and getting nowhere
