I dont recommend USB wifi, you should just swap it out, its really easy. Just buy a bcm94352hmb

Assuming you have ALC255, in config.plist under Devices > Properties, layout-id should be 3 and IRQ fix should be in DSDT, also layout-id 3 in DSDT

I was replace bcm943142hm by bcm94352hmb, reinstall kext and this worked perfect ( wifi + bluetooth ). I think all laptop dell inspiron 3543 will work perfect if follow this topic.
