based on:

Thanks to them and the entire community.

If you are here you already know: make back-ups and "perform at your own risk".

Prerequisites
1 Hardware modification
if intel wifi card replace with dell 1560 (Broadcom BCM94352Z based M.2 NGFF) – ebay/amazon (20-40$USD)
see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LE25d2s36Y4 for case opening
be very careful removing and re-attaching the antenna connectors

2 A working Mac linked to Apple Store account

3 A Dell 3148/3148 with Windows

What works
almost everything except touchscreen and perhaps some minor things

Recipe
1 From apple store, search, download OS X el Capitan. Do not install.

2 Download most recent unibeast installer
http://www.tonymacx86.com/downloads.php?do=cat&id=3

3 insert USB, partition and format GUID/journalling using applications/utilities/disk utility

4 unibeast: destination: usb, OS: el Capitan, UEFI boot mode, enter password, continue

5 Download most recent clover installer
http://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot/

6 clover: customize, install UEFI only, clover into ESP, theme: bluemac, drivers64uefi: osxaptiofix-drv-64, install

7 download HFSPlus.efi
https://github.com/JrCs/CloverGrowerPro/raw/master/Files/HFSPlus/X64/HFSPlus.efi

8 copy HFSPlus.efi to usb: /EFI/Clover/drivers64UEFI

9 remove all directories except Other from usb: /EFI/Clover/kexts

10 download these two RehabMan’s kexts, put the (kext file only from the zip) into /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other
FakeSMC.kext https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-FakeSMC-kozlek
VoodooPS2Controller.kext https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Voodoo-PS2-Controller
as noted by RehabMan to boot, install use only the VoodooPS2Controller.kext within this last package

11 download https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config/archive/master.zip

12 extract config_HD4600_4400_4200.plist

14 rename it to config.plist and copy to usb: /EFI/Clover

15 prep the prospective hackintosh pc by backing up, shrinking a volume/partition (in windows: disk management)

16 download KextBeast, RehabMan’s FakePCIID, and keep them with clover somewhere you can access post-install! They are necessary to enable wifi.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/downloads.php?do=cat&id=3
https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-fake-pci-id/downloads

17 reboot into BIOS settings on prospective hackintosh PC (windows, lower right settings, update/security, recovery, advanced, restart now, troubleshoot, advanced options, UEFI firmware settings, restart)

18 within BIOS disable “Secure Boot”, in EFI boot order highlight your USB, F6 until it is at the top of the list. F10 save, reboot

19 Boot via USB, at the OS X install welcome, go utilities, disk utilities, highlight your disk/partition (in case of multiboot), format it hfs with journaling – continue installation.

20 post-installation

21 use downloaded clover again, use same settings as above except to HD instead of USB

22 to stabilize the screen during loading edit EFI/CLOVER/config.plist. Search I0GraphicsFamily, above, change true to false
This thanks to the-darkvoid, RehabMan, lisai9093

23 use downloaded KextBeast

24 to enable wifi – use downloaded RehabMan’s FakePCIID,
– extract the kexts and install both via KextBeast to /System/Library/Extensions (/S/L/E), reboot

25 to ensure apple store works, check about this mac, system report, network wifi is “en0”. If not delete system preferences, network, connections. Also remove NetworkInterfaces.plist from /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration, reboot, then re-add wifi first under sys preferences, network, connections
(see post: 43: http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...nized-app-store-after-yosemite-upgrade-5.html

26 to enable bluetooth, download and install RehabMan’s brcmpatchram2 kext to /S/L/E via KextBeast
https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-brcmpatchram/downloads

27 to enable sound (easy fix for now) – download and extract VoodooHDA kext, install to /S/L/E via KextBeast
https://sourceforge.net/projects/voodoohda/

I quad+ boot OS X, Win 10, Debian Jessie, Android-x86 6.0 using Clover, rEFInd, GRUB 2.0 although one might be able to do the tasks of the others with some studying.

Once again. Thanks to the sources above and the entire community.

Does it works with Dell 1708 - 802.11b/g/n + BT 4.0

I try to install osx sierra on dell inspiron 11-3147. I do the steps in this guide. But in the end Clover does not run the installer stops at the apple logo. I'm not sure what is the cause. Perhaps the author of the tutorial knows the solution to my problem.

Boot verbose, show photo. Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (omit 'themes' folder).

RehabMan thank you for your time.

I can't figure this out.
I noticed that in tutorial author have dell with core i3 CPU, I have pentium. Its probably not supported
I have usb drive 16GB with a fat32 efi partition and hfs+ (OS X Sierra installer).
Latest clover is installed on efi partition with options sugested in both tutorials (except theme - isn't there)
HFSPlus64.efi is copied in place.
Fakesmc and voodoops2 kexts are copied in place.
config_HD4600_4400_4200.plist is copied in place and renamed.
I have changed resolution and theme name in config.plist file via PlistEdit free.
In verbose mode I don't have any progress to share.

OS X does not support Pentium graphics. Apple doesn't use that hardware.
