The guide in Yosemite Laptop Guides for the ASUS T300LA is updated for 10.11.

Warning: Changes have been made in 10.11+ for USB support. I don't have any external USB3 devices and can't make a proper XHC1 injector, also T300LA.kext replaces AppleHDA8Series.kext

Update Clover build before using updated Config.plist
Replace the i3/i5/i7 T300LA.kext with T300LA.kext
USBXHC_T300LA.kext need for built-in usb devices in high speed mode and single usb port working in high-speed and Super-speed modes
These changes and updating used kexts. you can update and run up to 10.12.x too.

Have you upgraded t300la to 10.14?
Are you going to share updated Kexts and config.plist for clover?
I'm currently working on installing 10.14 on my t300la i7. Still not fully succeeded.
