For your sound issue, patch your DSDT with Audio layout 3 patch and IRQ fix (You may find them in RehabMan's MaciASL patches repo)
Then install the kext you got from Mirone's AppleHDA Patcher, and also CodecCommander.

So when i tried to use patch audio_HDEF-layout3.txt i getting in status: 2 patches, 0 changes, 0 Rejects

Sounds like you forgot to change all HDAS -> HDEF...

Use Find->Replace to change all HDAS->HDEF, then try to apply "Audio Layout *" patch.

Done. Still don't have sound and when i try to play mp3 the time bar does not move.

I don't know how, but you can try a burst shooting, or a slow-motion video (then upload a selected frame with the KP info)
Anyway, it should be there for a second or two before it reboots. Enough time to take a picture.
