Ok, I've removed the USBEHC2_G73JH.kext port injector.
G73JH.kext is for audio.
Here is the ioreg.

EH02 looks fine. EH01 not so much. You still have another port injector somewhere...

No. Injecting 'ports' and 'port-count' overrides ACPI. You have something in your system that is injecting a different setup for port-count and ports.

I don't know where it is coming from... Do a fresh install for comparison.

You should try injecting one port and see what happens.

Conclusion: In this case Apple's code seems to be ignoring an empty "ports" injection and is doing something else (perhaps with ACPI).

i was doing research real macbookpro6,1/2 and imac 11,1/2/3 all usb devices were attached to a smsc 2514 hub device not intel.

by any chance did you disable RMH in AppleUSBHUB too?

errata 13 for this series of chipsets
The Intel ® HM55 Express Chipset supports 6 ports on RMH #1 and will incorrectly
report 8 USB ports in the bNbrPorts field of the RMH hub descriptor.
