I'd like to add to the chorus of thanks. After many years of thinking I was somehow messing configuration items up when occasionally getting my ASRock H77M to work but more often than not would fail to boot properly. I usually just gave and moved the same disk to my Gigabyte where it worked perfectly and give up once more on the ASRock. It was so on/off flaky I really didn't fully consider the faulty UEFI implementation, even though that entry was always what is missing. Thank you for giving this machine more life.

In the case of OpenCore do I need to do the same procedure?
Well yesterday I changed the bootloader and with OpenCore it wasn't, so I went back to Clover and it was normal.
