Look in System Profiler -> Bluetooth.
It should give a version number higher than 4096.

Also run the following command:

sudo cat /var/log/system.log | grep -i brcm[fp]

It will show you if BrcmPatchRAM has successfully upgraded the firmware.
Your device might need a device specific firmware I can determine that if you provide this information.

Should I delete the old Firmware Keys
because it loaded BCM20702A1_001.002.014.1443.1612_v5708
instead of BCM20702A1_001.002.014.1443.1493_v5589

It is possible to try and update the firmware key of your device to a newer version.

That might or might not work, the firmware currently configured for your device has not been tested, so that could cause the issues you are experiencing.

The newest firmware key present at the moment which you can try is BCM20702A1_001.002.014.1483.1651_v5747.

If that does not work I will configure BCM20702A1_001.002.014.1443.1493.hex for your device, which is the Windows device specific firmware (v5589).

So test newest firmware by updating the firmware key for 04CA_200B and let me know the result.

I have downloaded it but this is only how to get the right hex file
but have it already
now I need to do these steps

I have found the Firmware dictionary but how to I past the information
it is decimal i believe but in "BcmFirmwareStore/Firmwares" all are hexadecimal i believe

Installed the BrcmPatchRam.kext Bluetooth is working. NO WIFI.
