Likely a USB configuration problem. Your system is not correctly configured. The port limit patch is only for short term use.
See guide:

Also, for your NVMe, you should implement the class-code spoof.

My TP-LINK WN881ND was working perfectly with Sierra 10.12.x on my Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3P by using the Toleda kext. With the update to 10.12.5, I lost the WIFI. Can someone help me to restore it?

Thanks

Updated my working El Capitan build 10.11.6 to Sierra 10.12.5. Wifi card is no longer detected.

Used Step 1. Installed into Clover/Kexts/Other (same place as El Capitan). Didn't work. Also tried installing into S/L/E using Kext Wizard. Didn't work.
  1. FakePCIID.kext
  2. FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext
IOreg is attached and logs are below. Filtered console and don't see anything for airportd showing.

BCM943252?
Forgot 'fcvo' patch by the-darkvoid?

Yes, but I don't see fcvo in the OP. And going it leads me to a Github account that only goes up to 10.11 for instructions. Doesn't seem to cover Sierra.

I think toleda refers to it by a different name (read the OP carefully). The creator of the patch, the-darkvoid, refers to it as the 'fcvo' patch, so that is how I refer to it.

It is also documented in my 10.12 issues thread: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/readme-common-some-unsolved-problems-in-10-12-sierra.202316/
