Hi. I've tried every patch included in post #1 for 5Ghz Patch. I have also change country code but I don't now because my wifi work only 2,4 Ghz. Now, what I do?

You should open a separate thread in the appropriate laptop forum.

@RehabMan. I am successfully using a BCM943602CS with a PCI-E adapter and have Handoff, Unlock with Apple Watch etc. all working successfully. I also have USBInjectAll tailored to my MB with the internal USB port used for BT marked internal (255). Also added Toleda's SSDT to correctly identify the card as ARPT and mod the _PRW settings.
System will sleep and wake, but only from a USB connected mouse or keyboard. Is it possible to have the BT mouse/keyboard wake the system, or is this just a no-go with these cards added via a PCI-E adapter? (And yes, Wake on Bluetooth is turned on, and the card shows Wake on Wireless in system info)

Thanks

Unfortunately, I don't have any of the hardware you're dealing with...

I updated my system from 10.12.3 to .4 last night and lost BT/Wifi as well for the BCM94352HMB/AzureWave AW-CB123H. have not had any time to dig into the issue yet though :(

You probably did not add the 'fcvo' patch to your config.plist. It is required.

Ok so I've followed the steps to install but I can't seem to get bluetooth to work. It's been about a month of buying and returning cards so this is a relief to get this far

Version: MacOS 10.11.5 (El Capitan)
Motherboard: Asrock H97m-itx/ac
BIOS: Unknown at this time (not in front of Hackintosh)
Graphics: Hd4600 Integrated graphics

Procedure used:

Step 1: Enable Wifi

kext enabler, see FakePCIID (10.12 working, use 2016-1115 or newer)

  1. All supported WiFi cards (including 94352)
  2. README: RehabMan/OS-X-Fake-PCI-ID
  3. Download: RehabMan / OS-X-Fake-PCI-ID
  4. Install (2016-1115 or newer):
    1. FakePCIID.kext
    2. FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext (includes 94352)
ROW/Wifi CC

Installation (select one method)

  1. wireless_bcm94352...command
    • CC prompt
    • Note: #a, not available

Step 2: Enable BT

Installation (1 or 2, not both)

  1. Clover/Chameleon - use kext installer
    1. System/Library/Extensions/ using KextWizard
    2. Library/Extensions

Step 3 :
Bluetooth 4LE
(10.12/10.11 - all versions)

  1. USB Issues/no BT
    1. CustoMac Desktop USB Fixes - OS X 10.11 El Capitan - Reference
    2. [Guide] 10.11+ USB changes and solutions
  2. BT injection - RehabMan/OS-X-BrcmPatchRAM (2 kexts required)
    1. REAMDME/RehabMan Fork Downloads (both kexts included, Release)
      1. BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext
      2. BrcmPatchRAM2.kext
  3. Installation (1 or 2, not both)
    1. Clover/Chameleon - use kext installer
      1. System/Library/Extensions/
      2. Library/Extensions

3b. 5GHZ/Handoff

Installation (Select one method)

  1. Kext/binary patch
    1. Download (View Raw) wireless_bcm94352-110-v4.0.command.zip
    2. Double click Downloads/wireless_bcm94352-11-v4.0.command
      1. Select patch:
        1. Patch: 2
          1. Handoff/BCM94352/US-FCC
        2. Patch: 3
          1. Handoff/BCM94352/Country Code
          2. see ROW/WiFi Country Code above

Bluetooth must show up on USB. Install the two kexts noted in your post
Bluetooth 4LE (10.12/10.11 - all versions)
  1. USB Issues/no BT
    1. CustoMac Desktop USB Fixes - OS X 10.11 El Capitan - Reference
    2. [Guide] 10.11+ USB changes and solutions
  2. BT injection - RehabMan/OS-X-BrcmPatchRAM (2 kexts required)
    1. REAMDME/RehabMan Fork Downloads (both kexts included, Release)
      1. BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext
      2. BrcmPatchRAM2.kext
  3. Installation (1 or 2, not both)
    1. Clover/Chameleon - use kext installer
      1. System/Library/Extensions/
      2. Library/Extensions
All other steps have nothing to do with BT.

So just to confirm I do see BCM20702A0 in USB, should there be a seperate Bluetooth option.

I've installed BrcmFirmwareRepo and BCRMpatchRAM2.kext to S/L/E via KextWizard.

I included steps for all as both bluetooth and wifi aren't working (realized my post did not mention wifi and was about to come back to edit post)
