here you go i have patched the dsdt with audio layout 12 and changed id to 3 and i also added the lines to my config file.. still didn't work

According to ioreg, audio is working. Check your settings in SysPrefs->Sound.

I applied the patches from nickotar to my DSDT.dsl file except the one related with Hawsell because my processor is i5-5200u When I go to compile I'm getting this:

Yeah, but once i go into the system pref and then audio.... there is no output device to select, i tried plugging in some headphones but still nothing....dont know whats happening

Unlikely you can use the same files/guide with completely different architecture (Broadwell vs. Haswell).
