[Guide] 10.11+ USB changes and solutions

Hi!
My 4530s hard disk has died! I am trying to salvage a few files. I had El Capitan with clover bootloader installed on it. I am trying to see if I can boot my computer with a usb stick. I have downloaded Sierra from Apple Store, created a USB stick following RehabMan's guide. Two partitions , one Clover EFI fat 32, and another one Install_osx with Sierra installer.
I have a kernel panic when I try to boot from the USB when my clover screen comes on (the clover installed on the hard disk I presume) I have attached a screen capture.
If ever I try to boot direct from my F9 option choosing my usb stick, it says it can't find operating system
I have attached my Clover EFI folder, just in case...
I have changed my BIOS settings making sure I had UEFI Boot mode checked
Hope somebody can help please!

Your VoodooPS2Controller.kext is too old.
Obviously, you didn't follow the guide correctly. Correct/latest kexts are linked:
