I`m having faults in my console with poor graphics performance when scrolling images in a medical software called HOROS:

-fault 21:24:56.099729 -0200 kernel static IOAccelSysMemory *IOAccelSysMemory::withClientBuffer(IOGraphicsAccelerator2 *, task_t, IOAccelShared2 *, mach_vm_address_t, uint64_t): failed to get the memory descriptor
- fault 21:24:56.099734 -0200 kernel IOAccelSysMemory *IOAccelShared2::memory_with_client_buffer(mach_vm_address_t, uint64_t): withClientBuffer failed

A lot of them only when scrolling images.

i`m using dual monitors, one HDMI, One DP, GTX 970 mini gigabyte, NVIDIAdrivers, SIERRA, other parts os the system works ok.
Follow attached screenshot of the errors.
Already tried change card ports, default nvidia drivers but no way to solve.

Please need help.
