I had a working Yosemite installation with my GTX 970, and then I decided to switch to clover. I removed the card for the installation and installed Yosemite again. I realized that I just wanted a working build and not something that I had to mess with right now, so I re-installed Yosemite with Unibeast and Chameleon. Now I have everything working again and I reinserted my GTX 970. The problem is that the BIOS won't use the card for an output option. I went into the BIOS to enable pci graphics but I always get a black screen. Windows 10 won't even recognize the card. I guess I should have left everything alone

So I am asking you guys, what else should I do to get my card working again? The fans and light are spinning and lit on the card, so I don't think it is dead (it was working like a day ago before I took it out).

Thanks,
-HackintoshMan

Since you have re-installed OS X you no longer have the drivers for the GTX970 - you need to download and install the nVidia Web drivers since the GTX9xx cards are not natively supported in OS X.

Yeah I did remember to install them. Even if I didn't install the drivers, I should still be able to use the card in Windows right?

UPDATE:

I fixed it by resetting the BIOS and loading the Optimized defaults. I am not sure what was wrong because none of the settings changed from what I had set.
