GTX 760 on High Sierra?

Status
Not open for further replies.
I have the GTX 980 Ti and I can not boot with UniBeast, any ideas?

Change for GTX980, it will work with web drivers for sure.
Ti graphics are not good solution for hackintosh.

Anyone managed to get their GTx760 working in High Sierra?

I am still getting a lag even on 10.13.3 in Safari, watching Youtube videos.
I have tried numerous attempts, while it worked great in Sierra, I am stuck with this problem on HS.

I have the GTX working well in HS. I assume you have the corrupted Nvidia drivers? Get the xxx.106, that are working well.
The drivers xxx.156 are soooo bad, giving you the worst lag ever.

This card didn't require Web Drivers in Sierra, but anyhow, I wasn't able to install xxx.106 and xxx.157 in HS 10.13.3 and would get this message: Mac OSX version is not compatible, Mac OS X version 10.13.3 (17D47) is not supported with this package. Please see NVIDIA’s website for further driver information.

Somehow, I was able to install xxx.156, but once restarted, it reverts the MacOS Graphic Drivers.

How can you enable the Web Drivers, I tried several times but no luck.

Thanks

BIOS - Disable Integrated Graphics - PEG as Primary
Use a digital connection to your monitor - VGA is not supported.
Boot with nv_disable=1
Install Nvidia Web Drivers
Config.plist - Do not inject Intel or Nvidia graphics and no ig-platform-id
Edit config.plist - NvidiaWeb = true as per Link
May need to emulate NVRAM - Problem 6 (Install EmuVariableUefi-64 + RC Scripts)
Remove nv_disable=1 from config.plist
MacPro 6,1 or iMac 15 or iMac 17 System Definition need black screen fix as per Link

Managed to enable the Web Drivers.
Can only install xxx.156 as stated previously and can't find the driver for this build (17D47).
Tried running it under iMac 14,2 and MacPro 6,1.

Still no improvement, Youtube videos are lagging inside Safari, especially on full screen.
This same system works A1 with Sierra, using 2 monitors: DVI and HDMI connections but no luck with HS.

Thanks for helping out.

Still can't get away with the lag on my GTX760, using either the MacOS Graphic Drivers or the latest Web Drivers (387.10.10.10.30) on HS 10.13.4 along with the latest Nvidiagraphicscleanup + Lilu kexts.

Anyone running it successfully would care to share some advice?

Thanks
