Just did a fresh install of High Sierra. I've read on multiple threads here that GTX 760 is natively supported. I'm getting picture through HDMI, but it's laggy. Youtube is unwatchable. Even typing this post out my display is 2-3 letters behind my fingers. I've searched and tried a few changes to my config.plist based on suggestions on other threads, but I've had no luck. Any help is appreciated. I will attach my config.plist for review.

Installed Lilu.Kext & WhateverGreen.Kext and everything is working perfectly. Just posting this comment in case someone else has the same issue as me.
