try to delete the agpm.kext and use the newest webdriver. my card runs in idle with roundabout 135mhz core clock.

Doesn't that cause a kernel panic? I'm already using the newest NVIDIA web drivers and I'm afraid that deleting the kext might cause a kernel panic. Did you delete it to get your card to idle?

EDIT: I just ran a kextstat command in Terminal and it shows that agpm.kext is not loaded so I don't see a point in deleting the kext and risk a kernel panic.
