GTX 660 glitch issue with MacOS High Sierra 10.13

For the record, on my another hackintosh with EVGA GTX640 everything works without glitches. SMBIOS set to iMac13,1, but this is clean install, on new SSD, not upgrade.

Same problem, so annoying. I'm running chrome in fullscreen on both monitors atm just to prevent artifacts from popping up. I have noticed the glitches mostly show up on Mac OS UI elements, and chrome/vlc fex are unaffected.

exactly that what happening to me too, actually i don't know where the issue come from, as it wasn't exist in 10.12.6.

fixed the glitch by deactivating "Inject Intel" in clover under graphics.
i also deactivated integrated graphic card in bios. before it was set "auto".
no more glitches, checked on both monitors more than 2 hours during heavy video tests.

This did not work for me :(

NvidiaWeb must be set active in clover (system parameters).
If you have 2 monitors, try to boot with just one, then connect the 2nd later.
