I know, it's frustrating me, i can't use my hackintosh more than 1 hour.
But this problem is another problem, it's a NVidia driver stability issue.
Anyway your card is recognized and fully working, now we have to wait for a solution.

The only difference between iBoot Fermi 4xx-1 and iBoot-GE is that iBoot-GE is using a newer build of Chameleon.

Why does the system freeze and sometimes comes with black screen failure?

I have in my extensions: fakesmc, jmicron36xSATA, NVEnabler 64.

is there something wrong?...power issue

If you installed tonymac nvidia driver you don't need NVEnabler. so remove it
