(GTX 1070) HDMI Audio visible, but no sound on TV

Good to mention that I already using this Hackintosh build for a long while and works perfectly, but yesterday I would stream some video trough HDMI to my tv (wich is unlikely with a desktop, but ok ) and discovererd that its not working.

I tried to follow the pinned guide and I think i already have seen every video on the web and im really stuck.

I see HDMI output device in Audio output, also HDMI video is running perfect on my TV but I have no audio unfortunately.

Im on High Sierra 10.13.6

You have 4 x HDMI audio devices shown in the screenshot, have you tried them all?

Remember that macOS doesn't provide Volume control for HDMI connected displays/TV's. You need to use the remote control for the TV to change the volume levels.
