GTX 1060 Jumpy/skippy video playback.
I have tried to upload a video that shows what is happening, but I can't seem to find a file format this site likes.

the problem video on the mac is 4K H.264
The vid card is the ASUS GTX 1060 6gb in a Mac Pro 3,1 2008.

running
macOS Sierra 10.12.5
2x 2.8GHz Xeon
22gb ram

Let me know if I need to provide any more info. I really hope this can be fixed!

Sierra does not support MacPro3,1.

Attach your config.plist.

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you

I installed Sierra the roundabout way.

8 RAM slots 2x 1gb 2x 2gb 4x 4gb.

how do I attach my config.plist.?

also can't I upload a video file?? if so what format I tried 2 both didn't work.
