I did a final step : edit config.plist and change "INJECT NVIDIA" from "true" to "false"

Yup, I had to do that too and now my GTX1050TI went from being recognized as 256 MB to 4096 MB by "About this Mac". FWIW, Cuda-Z saw it correctly regardless of this setting.

@Joscha07, please update your profile (personal details) with your build (Motherboard or Make/Model, CPU and Graphics Card).

  • BIOS - Disable Integrated Graphics - PEG as Primary
  • Use a digital connection - DVI or HDMI - VGA is not supported.
  • Config.plist - Do not inject Intel or Nvidia graphics and no ig-platform-id
  • Edit config.plist - NvidiaWeb = true as per Link
  • Gigabyte 100/200 series motherboards need to emulate NVRAM - Problem 6 (Install EmuVariableUefi-64 + RC Scripts)
  • Remove nv_disable=1 from config.plist
Hi ! i have done all this Steps MACOS 10.12.4 and no luck (

My Videocard say 2304 Mb (but must be 6000 ) and no name there...

i believe i unerstood why my VideoCard not working - i use HDMI but this device has only one HMDI 2.0 that cannot be used. Only 1.4 version of HDMI have correct EDID...

My monitor have also only HDMI + VGA(also not usable for EDID) !! ))) and this videocard do not have DVI !!! GOD !!! so looks like i have to find first this bridge or cable:

(VideoCard)Display Port --- Hdmi(monitor)

Hi I have the same build and I had the same problem, and I worked through every single step for 7 hours but still the same problem, but in the end I realised that I was booting the computer with usb, I don't know if this is the case to you but if you click about this Mac and if it says imac rather than Mac Pro that might be the issue that causing the problem, what I did was

1. boot with usb
2. format and install Sierra
3. run multibeatst (*set your Mac to Mac Pro 5,1*)
4. reboot
5. checked about this Mac and it was set as iMac
6. reboot and go to bios (delete key)
7. changed the boot drive to main hard drive
8. reboot with usb unplugged
9. checked about this Mac and it was Mac Pro 5,1
10. install the web driver
11. reboot and done

everything works fine so far
I know this is very simple thing so it might not be so helpful but hope it does
wow!! its work.. I change two thing. I select mac pro 5.1 and NVIDIA Boot Flag. then I restart my pc. when its opening I change my graphic setting from clover (uncheck inject nvidia). Its work and show my full graphic as NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4095 MB. Thank you everyone
