VooDooHDA 2.9 is the easy way around. But with AppleALC + Lilu in clover/kext/other folder while connecting both DP and HDMI port at the same time to a same monitor or to a different monitor, you should be able to get a DP audio output on a input source or a monitor connected via DP cable. The trick is to occupy both DP and HDMI Port. This way you get native macOS HD audio. By the way, my Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti G1 also has 3 HDMI ports, DP, and DVI port.
P.S. To get HDMI Audio from HDMI Port source, while connected to DP, hot plug your HDMI cable and switch to HDMI source then you will get HDMI audio output on HDMI port. But, upon restart, It will go back DP Audio on DP.
