GT 640 CUDA Missing on restart in 10.8.1 !!! HELP !!!

Dears ,

ZOTAC GT640 2 GB working beautifully in 10.8.1 OOB .

Installed latest Nivida Graphics Drivers and CUDA 5.0.24 . CUDA Z detects GT640 .... PERFECT .....

But on reboot , GT640 is not detected by CUDA Z /other CUDA enabled Apps !!!!

HELP !!!!!!

Where can I obtain Cuda-z that does not involve building the file? I'm obviously new at this.

ZOTAC GT640 2 GB working beautifully in 10.8.2 Out of Box . Updated Drivers .

Installed latest Nivida Graphics Drivers FOR 10.8.2 and CUDA 5.0.36 .

CUDA Z detects GT640 .... PERFECT .....

But on reboot , GT640 is not detected by CUDA Z /other CUDA enabled Apps !!!!

HELP !!!!!!

Anyone facing the same problem .... Mobo is the GA Z77X UP5 TH ...

working fine with me until 10.8.1
i have a problem after upgrade to 10.8.2 the computer can't open in normal mode but opining with -x (safe mode)
get this error
