I'm running a stable build with Mojave 10.14.6 but I have a defective RX 570 (I bought it used not realizing it had been used for crypto-mining). The card basically overheats (causing a full system freeze) any time its running a demanding game so at this point I just want to replace it.
I'm thinking of getting an RX 580 since my budget is only around $200 and from what I've read the 590 isn't super compatible.
Is this a good move? I want to make sure the card works out of the box since The RX 570 worked without any hassle.
Thanks guys.
