Hello

I've done recently a clean install of OS X Mavericks and OS X El Capitan. Everything works well except a problem that my screen sometimes crash like in photo attached. What do you think i can do? I've never seen things like this, I have hackintosh for almost 2 years.

Yes I did, problem is on both Mavericks and El Capitan systems. But it happens only about 2/10 boots.

If you followed the guide, why no "Problem Reporting" files attached with your report?

I also have a problem with audio on Mavericks. It was working, but since couple of boots it stopped, any ideas ?

The files you provided show El Capitan, not Mavericks.
Read guide, post #1, "Problem Reporting".
