Graphics issue when updating Clover

Hello everyone,

My Hackintosh is working flawlessly (Z370N wifi + i5 8400 + Gigabyte RX 560).
I am currently running Clover 4722. I have attempted to upgrade to Clover 4813. However after rebooting I have lost docker and windows transparency (like this image) and the system is very slow.

After some searches it seems to be linked to the upgrade from apfs.efi to ApfsDriverLoader-64.efi. (Yet I have removed my apfs.efi after the upgrade)
I had also both AptioMemoryFix.efi and OsxAptioFix3Drv-64.efi files in my drivers64UEFI folder. I have read somewhere it was mutually exclusive, but even with removing one of them I still get this system slow without transparency.

I need to update it in order to be up to date for future Mac OS releases. Also I want to understand what is the role of the different files.

Please, could someone kindly explain me what is wrong with my EFI folder ? Maybe the expert @RehabMan ?
