Graphics Injection not retained

Upgrading 10.10 to 10.11. Got things sorted with Unibeast and did and ran Multibeast post-install. The one big remaining issue is it seems whenever I change anything having to do with my video card (like plugging in a second monitor) I lose video injection - I get the prohibited sign (circle with line through). If I boot nv_disable=1 or in safe mode I can boot up. If I reseat the card I can again start selecting Graphics Injectsion, and when I altered my Config the graphics injection would then stay, but only after reseating the card it seems.

Seems like my flags and manual graphics injection don't always take effect.

Any advice?

Ugh... actually seems like it's one of my monitors.... is that even possible? I do remember that same monitor having the dreaded no lines in file directories graphics clitch on a different build.
