Some things for your to consider,
Adrian B asked you for a more detailed description of your Dell Build. This gives information whether or not not it may work, the description should consist of Motherboard chipset and Processor, Audio codec and Lan. By the approach you have made I'm guessing that you have a legacy BIOS. Which means to get your system running "better" requires a DSDT. Coming from a system with a 3 series motherboard I can understand your frustration. Try to search on the tonymacx86 forum for your build and see if there is already a build that is the same or similar to yours. Otherwise it is up to you to get your system running.
As noted the more information you provide the more you receive in return.
Searches you should look at are, Your system (definitive combination), DSDT etc.

- no bluetooth

Ok for more help, how did you create your installer/system created on? I understand why you are installing Mountain Lion. but 10.8.2?

thanks for your reply.
My sister has a macbook pro from 2007 and recently updated from lion -> mountain lion, so she already downloaded it. then I used a thumb drive (32GB) to make an installer using Unibeast. then i went to my own computer and partioned my SSD with Mac OS Extended (journaled). then i installed it. On boot after that it gave me the prompt to reboot.
