Assuming the extra ".kext" at the end of IntelGraphicsFixup.kext was a typo, then yes.
Yes it was a typo.

Try with the following settings:
- config.plist/Boot/Arguments= -disablegfxfirmware
- config.plist/Devices/FakeID/IntelGFX=0x59128086
- config.plist/Graphics/Inject/Intel=true
- config.plist/Graphics/ig-platform-id=0x59120000
- BIOS DVMT-prealloc 64mb
- digital connection to your monitor (VGA not supported)
- VT-d disabled or use dart=0
- Lilu.kext and IntelGraphicsFixup.kext.kext

Haven't tried it yet, but I only have VGA. Is that a problem?

VGA is not supported, you may have to use an "active" adaptor.
What is an "active" adaptor? Sorry I really don't know much about monitors or really anything except CPUs/GPUs.

Late reply I know. I brought my TV to my computer and used an HDMI cable and all the settings that you specified. Same problem as before, monitor stops getting input after about halfway through the loading bar.
Try this config.plist :
