I've been holding off on upgrading to Mojave on my hack because I've heard that Nvidia drivers don't work on Mojave. I have an Nvidia Quadro K2200/4G RAM running High Sierra. It's driving a 4K display at 60Hz via DP 1.2 pretty smoothly.
Now I'm really tempted to upgrade after running dark mode on my MacBook for a while. I don't care about 3D performance whatsoever. I only run Safari and Xcode on this machine. I just need to be able to drive a 4K display at 60Hz. Is Mojave's native driver going to deliver? Or should I get an AMD card? If so, what's the smallest and quietest I can get? I don't have a big case. Thanks!
