Everything went well and updating process has been done successfully.

But I really don't know why the UI is so bad. Problems:

clumsy welcome page : 2x bigger profile pic, password text input
unclearness : Blurry text (non-smooth edges and slightly bolder than ever)
unclearness : Blurry elements including launchpad items, desktop items, notifications text and their backgrounds and almost EVERYTHING visual
Eye-Irritating : Sounds like incorrect display frequency (I guess it's not the default value, 60MHz or whatever is should be,)

No glitch
No anything bad (non-smooth) in finder animations
Normal Resolution (1080p)

Thanks

Do you have dark mode on?
If so, try light mode (dark mode does not look good on non-HiDPI displays).

The larger logon screen appears to be by design.

Tried but it's same.

I'm sure it all come back to that 'Antialiasing refinement' apple introduced with Mojave. It's awful by all means..
How much Apple UI designers are tasteless? Really disappointed. I wish I knew what they were thinking when designed that clumsy logon screen.

Thanks @RehabMan. Probably I'll go for a fresh installation and report the result back here..

Please fix your profile as per FAQ (you forgot to include screen resolution):

Perhaps you should include an image to help explain the issue...???

Added to other Hardware
It's 1920x1080 IPS Touch
I think it can't be felt too much by watching screenshots! You should be here to see by your own eyes!

Searched and found this line of command on ****** (submitted 12hours ago).

Code:
defaults write -g CGFontRenderingFontSmoothingDisabled -bool NO

It's now much better. Though I think still wrong gamma is bothering my eyes..

Compare:

Wrong.
Please add screen resolution to 'Graphics' as requested quite clearly in the FAQ.

Searched and found this line of command on ****** (submitted 12hours ago).

Code:
defaults write -g CGFontRenderingFontSmoothingDisabled -bool NO

On my system that particular setting is not set:
Code:
NUC6i7KYK:~ rehabman$ defaults read -g CGFontRenderingFontSmoothingDisabled
2018-09-25 05:18:52.876 defaults[1324:24943]
The domain/default pair of (kCFPreferencesAnyApplication, CGFontRenderingFontSmoothingDisabled) does not exist

I assume that means that my system's font smoothing is enabled (as the disabler is not present), and that that is probably the default.

You're perfectly right as always.
It looks like I'm not alone as the title of this post approves it too.
macOS Mojave nukes subpixel antialiasing, making your non retina monitor appear blurry.
I've not read it yet to see what would be the possibly solution.

Have 2 minor problems for now. I wish you could give me a quick hint.

1st : This solution (which actually is yours) would work for Sierra and High Sierra every time I tried to apply but it has stopped working on Mojave. Actually the problem is the first string (find) isn't there on Hex view of Azulbuffer anymore. Help me please tackle it.. lagging after sleep and during login bother me a lot.

2nd: Changed and forgot to check which one was the default display color profile. Which one shall I choose between these?

It is best to patch the framebuffer with WhateverGreen properties.
Refer to the beta branch of my u430 repo for an example.

No idea. Your choice.
