Graphic Driver for ATI Radeon HD 5570

did anyone get this working?

i have 10.6 osx running which goes into kernel panic trying the 10.6.7 or the 10.6.8 combo update even after deleting the api_ file.

does anyone have a kext working for 10.6 and if so how do i implement it?
