GPU to drive three monitors?

Hi, I have a need to drive three independent screens from a single PCIe GPU. Is that possible? If so would someone be able to recommend a card that plays nicely in the Hackintosh world please?

I currently have a Saphire Pulse Radeon RX580 with two screens attached to it via its 2 x DVI outputs. There still seem to be some (DisplayPort?) connectors which aren't being used on it but I wasn't sure if I could run 2 x DVI + 1 x DisplayPort out to three separate screens, or whether one of those outputs would be a mirror or one of the others.

My RX580 powercolor works with three monitors. I have a Dell 24' 4k 10bits (in DP), Samsung 32" 4k 10 bits (DP) and Phillips TV 4k in HDMI.

Fantastic. Having managed to squeeze a phone behind my machine and snap a photo, what at first looked like DP connectors seem both to be labelled HDMI.

And it turns out my Dell 27" (not 4K) supports HDMI in. Perhaps it's time to grab an HDMI lead and see if I can drive 2 x screens with DVI & 1 x HDMI from the same card.
