It *probably* will work, though some users have had problems with GTX 750 cards, especially with HDMI ports. My Gigabyte GTX 750 works flawlessly. Note that since the 750 is not natively supported by Apple, you'll have to install the Nvidia graphics drivers and use the kernel flag "nvda_drv=1".
