Good office / movie build

Hi guys,

I am (relatively experience) with building high end / high mid range gaming desktops for myself.

I would now like to build a good desktop for my significant other, which will purely be used for office, web browsing and watching movies.

I am thinking of going tonymac's CustoMac Mini Deluxe build but with an core i5 3470 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115234) instead.

Could someone suggest a good GPU to pair with it?

Any other recommendations?

The obvious question is why wouldn't you just use the i5-3570K processor which has a great GPU (HD4000) built-in? It have more than enough power to cope with those tasks, and really the only limitation is that you'd be limited to the HDMI and single-link DVI ports on the motherboard (so up to 1920x1200 pixels per screen).

Do you have special requirements? Driving a 27" display or something else with a different connector? If so that will obviously come into play with GPU selection. But my default recommendation would be to not bother with a separate GPU.
