After some tweaking, I think I've passed the previous post. But now, this is what shows up.

I update new kexts and ssdt and config.OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi best friend for x99.

As far as I know, no one has successfully passed the PCI Configuration Begin stage of the boot process on a 5960X in 10.11. Sorry!

In the meantime, if you need to get the machine up and running quickly with OS X you can install 10.10 and use rollback PCI kexts (AppleACPIPlatform.kext and IOPCIFamily.kext) from 10.9.

Thanks for your help. I never thought to check 5960x + El Cap. And you are correct. No one seems to have made one work.

The problem now is that Yosemite install.app is not available in the app store and Unibeast won't let you use an ESD.dmg installer.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe only if you have an original Mac with Yosemite...i downloaded it in my iMac and i keep it with a Time machine backup.

Thanks. Are these to use when installing OS X or can they also be used for proper UB3 functioning on an already installed system? Also, what about the other kexts and the method of renaming EHCI and XHCI ports?

New here. Do you know how to fix or get pass the "Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport". I've followed the guide and downloaded the necessary kexts. Booted with nv_disable=1 -v npci=0x2000 cpus=1
