glitches after short sleep on secondary VGA screen (Sierra)

VGA is problematic in OS X, macOS no mac uses VGA so it will have issues. Use DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort instead.

I only have the one display connected to DisplayPort, so I don't think it is a VGA issue, what graphics cards are we all using? It could be an Nvidia issue?

I am connected to DVI one display only started with sierra.

This may sound strange, but since I upgraded one of my Internal Hard discs this issue has disappeared! It was the disc with my home directory on and the information was transferred across. I have had 4 days of no issues!
