Hi all,
I have never had any success getting the integrated HDMI port audio working. Visuals work fine, but it never detects my display which supports audio over HDMI.
I have tried installing ALC1150 and Optional HD 4600HDMI audio with Multibeast and restarted, but still it doesn't detect the display.
I have also compiled a DSDT successfully and placed it in EFI/Clover/ACPI/Patched, boots fine but still does not detect the display as an audio output.
I have tried the Voodoo 2.8.8 driver, no luck there either.
I have also tried different audio injection numbers (1, 2, 3, and DETECT). Still it won't detect the display over the integrated HDMI.
I'm not sure what else I can do, has anyone gotten the HDMI audio working from the motherboard on this Gigabyte board?
Currently a fresh install of El Capitan 10.11.3.
SMBIOS is the default Mac Pro and settings from the Quick Start menu on Multibeast.
