Gigabyte Z87-D3HP OSX Yosemite installation problem

While trying to install OSX Yosemite to a USB hard drive, I encounter a kernel panic while attempting to boot up from the USB UniBeast installer. Attached is the screenshot. (I'm using -x & -v boot flags)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same motherboard as you and I was able to install Yosemite successfully via a USB flash drive. I used the "-x" and "GraphicsEnabler=Yes" flags to reach to the installer.

UEFI Setup

Load Optimized Defaults
If your CPU supports VT-d, disable it
If your system has Secure Boot Mode, disable it
Set OS Type to Other OS
Save and exit.

All work fine, but no kext on sound(
