Gigabyte Z690 Aero G + i5-12600K + AMD RX 6800 XT

I don't know what connection that note to my issue to be honest :D
No worries. When you said “native” I interpreted that to mean the card that came preinstalled (Intel).

My card is broadcom card, not intel.
For Broadcom, we recommend disabling all Bluetooth kexts in OpenCore, including BlueToolFixup. If that doesn’t help, then CMOS Reset should be attempted.

I gave up. Reset CMOS doesn’t do the trick.

This may just be a cached leftover. On your system, open /private/var/folders in Finder (SHIFT-CMD-G) and traverse any folders you see there, two levels deep as shown in green and red, until you see a directory called C and a sub-folder inside called com.apple.desktoppicture. Simply delete that folder.

Note that the green and red folder names are different on every system. Here are some examples:

/private/var/folders/s9/09d6yj1s4zd0ffslts68ryrw0000gp/C/com.apple.desktoppicture
/private/var/folders/pz/hrnr3rjj5vz7hg0qp6y9mnmc0000gn/C/com.apple.desktoppicture

An example:
or simply
Bash:
sudo rm -rf /private/var/folders/*/*/C/com.apple.desktoppicture
but it is better to check the folder path before with the same regex as above then use the evil "sudo rm -rf ..."

Hello CaseySJ,

BT Intel recognized but impossible to activate it. USB 2.0 rear HS02 and HS04 do not run.

The same procedure applies here. We just need to ensure that on-board Bluetooth USB port is enabled.
