Hi all,
I know that this could be sound weird, but I think like many others of upgrading CPU to IB using the "old" Z68 motherboard, specially when budget is limited or users having small SB cpus like i3 or i5. Unfortunately I haven't found much info, just it is supported for most z68 motherboards with a bios upgrade. I'm my case I have a ga-z68ma-d2h-b3 so bios has to be F10 for IB.
I've been searching a lot about, but only found z77+IB with the well know issues (kernel and hd4000) that will be supported by apple for sure with the new mountain lion release and lion updates
so this is a matter of time, a month or so.
So this first question is if someone made the experiment a could post results here. What do you think of Z68+IB builds?
