Gigabyte z68 Bios Update No boot Help.

Hey guys, I had a working system for some time now other than the sleep. Every time I put it to sleep it wouldn't wake. Had to restart computer. So I updated my Bios from F7 to F9 before updating the DSDT to the correct one. I'm sure that's what I did wrong. Now my system will just spin at the Apple logo and not boot. Not sure how to get back into OS X Lion to install the correct DSDT. I hope I don't have to reinstall OSX. Please help. Thanks.

System is below

Gigabyte Z68 UD4 F9 Bios
I7 2600K Over clocked
AMD HD6870
256GB SSD

Yes booting fine now, but sleep still not working. Won't wake up.
