This is the adapted I used https://s.lazada.sg/s.pdj5

Yeah, it dropped straight into the second m.2 slot underneath the board.

One word of advice, due to the splitter on the micro usb2 internal port macOS sees this as a hub, and then can’t apply the internal ‘255’ value to the Bluetooth module meaning sleep is affected.

The solution is to get an adapter like this https://s.lazada.sg/s.p4oY and connect the Bluetooth module to a rear motherboard port.

Hope this helps!
Can I replace the Wifi+BT card with BCM94360NG ?

yes, see this kext https://openintelwireless.github.io/itlwm/Compat.html#itlwmx-kext
and for the Bluetooth use https://github.com/OpenIntelWireless/IntelBluetoothFirmware
here is the list of all my kexts
Code:
AppleALC.kext\
FakePCIID.kext\
FakePCIID_Intel_I225-V.kext\
IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext\
IntelBluetoothInjector.kext\
IntelMausi.kext\
itlwmx_v1.0.0_stable.kext\
Lilu.kext\

For those wanting a different USB portmap with this exact motherboard. I am rocking a NZXT H1 case so I wanted the front IO to be more compatible and more USB 2 ports available for USB2 peripherals like a Wacom, external USB sound device and dual monitor each with an USB hub supported. See the kext attached.

Hey,

I've some problems with the ethernet port (on macos and windows as well) :
sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't and from what I read, there is a major bug in the I225-v ethernet controller adapter (https://wccftech.com/intel-foxville-i225-v-2-5gbe-networking-issues-persist-z490-motherboards-affected/#:~:text=The I225-V 'Foxville',those that feature AMD's chipsets.)

Does someone else have this problem ?
Can you try my config? Ethernet works fine (wifi /BT not)

Tried a lot of configs and kexts but I had this problem under Windows too. I updated the bios and the ethernet controller adapter firmware but nothing changed. Sometimes it worked... sometimes it didn't

I sent back this motherboard and bought the Asrock Z490m-itx (which have a different ethernet adapter and works really well).
